The Bajo Dive Club,

the first diving school under German direction, has existed since 1991 in Labuan Bajo on the western side of the
island Flores, east of Bali in Indonesia.

We offer all PADI diving courses under management of qualified and multilingual Instructor: PADI Open Water, PADI Scuba Diver, PADI Advanced Open Water, PADI Rescue andEFR, PADI Dive Master.

Very new in the package we offer NITROX/Enriched Air diving courses and dives.


  Bajo Dive Club
At all Top Divesites in the Komodoarchipelago (like Batu Bolong, Tatawa Kecil & Besar, Sabayur, Sabolan Kecil, Paivi's peak, Crystal Rock, Light House, Castle Rock, Batu Tiga, lonley Tree, Pilarsteen, Three Sisters, Tengah, Cannibal Rock, Yellow Wall, The Alley,...) we go for diving. Furthermore we organize Liveaboards (Alor, Papuan New Guinea, ..) and a two day trip with overnight stay on the boat (South Rinca Island).

Diving season is year-round with visibility conditions to 30 m and more.

The Divesites we reach with our boat after around 1 1/2 hours. For the daily diving trips we have a speed boat (85 PK) and a traditional wooden boat with two engines.
Most of the divesites are in the Komodo National Park which is looked after from a conservation organization (TNC) since 1995 . Here you find a wonderful, intact nature on the surface and under water! Breathtaking landscapes & reef, impressive underwater mountains & caves, approx. 250 different coral (caribian has e.g. only 50) and approx. 1000 different sea animals, like sharks, Mantas, eagle rays, dolphins, Napoleons, Tunas, Mola Molas, Dugongs, turtles etc.

Equipment   12 complete SCUBA equipments are ready to use for our diving guests.

We rent fins with booties, diving suits long and shorty (3 mm), masks (different model) and further accessories, such as underwater camera, computer ect.

Our 12 ltr. aluminum tanks with an INT connection are filled with our 2 compressors (Bauer Mariner and Schiffauer).

Underwater photographers have the possibility of loading digital pictures onto our computer and burn them on CD.
